Get-Attention-From-BloggersWriting a great post is only one step of the author blogging process. Once you’ve written that post, you’ll need to make sure it’s out there in the big, bad universe and going to work for you (while you work on your next book and your next post!).

That means linking it to your social media, promoting it in your email signatures, and lots more…

Here are some great tips from content marketers DivvyHQ.com in the form of an infographic. Click the image below to view it full size, or even better, print it and pin it to the old cork board.

At the risk of sounding dumb, how does one use the RSS feed? What is it? Where do I find it and how do I syndicate?

    Thank you!

RSS feed is how folks can see headlines/excerpts from your recent posts and click through to read full posts. Depending on your browser and site, there’ll typically be an orange RSS icon (looks like the icon in the graphic on this post with the microphones around it). You can click the button to subscribe to the feed. Your site (I just checked) is RSS enabled – your feed, if you’re registering on blog directories – is: lettersfromawhoremongerswife.wordpress.com/feed
Have fun and we’ll try to do an article on this soon for folks 🙂
