Elizabeth Dimarco is the CEO and co-founder of BooksILove, a word-of-mouth recommendation platform for mobile devices. Together with co-founder, Kathy Weber, she established a Seattle-based startup to provide readers with a mobile way to store, recommend and discuss their favorite books. Version 2.0 of the BooksILove app will be launched in March, 2015 – just in time for PubSense attendees to be among the first to use it. Version 2.0 has enhanced features, allowing authors, publishers and bookstores to insert events as targeted “happenings” inside the app. In addition, readers can follow and discuss the recommendations of their friends and favorite authors.

An accomplished marketing executive, Elizabeth has worked with over 100 CEOs to think creatively and generate visibility and competitive differentiation in a cluttered marketplace. She’s an active member of the Seattle tech community and when not dreaming up the next version of the app, she’s either reading and recommending wonderful books or working on a thriller of her own.
