Nine months after the launch of the Winner Circle, we’re pleased as punch to announce our bouncing new Book Reviewers portal! Gone is the quarterly online directory. Instead, we now have an easy-to-navigate linked list of genres. Click on the genre of your choice and you’ll be brought to a page featuring the selected reviewers for that genre.
Like our quarterly directory, each individual listing still features our WWW rating of the site, a link to both the site’s home page and its submission policy page, whether the site accepts self-published work, post-publication reviews, and if they feature author interviews.
Unlike the quarterly directory, you can sort the reviewers in each genre the way you want to see them, i.e. alphabetically or by their rating, etc. And most important, unlike the quarterly, we’ll be updating you with new review sites (and culling those not making the grade) as often as we get new info, rather than four times a year!
You can click to enlarge the photo below for a snapshot of how the directory now looks (we pulled a random page from “Young Adult.” For all you members out there, please leave a comment below and let us know what you think of the new platform.
Book Clubs Update
The other most highly sought-after portal in the Winner Circle is our interactive map of book clubs. Since our last quarterly report to you, we’ve added new live book clubs in Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Tennessee, Utah (our first!) and Nebraska!
To date, we have hundreds of clubs in 46 states, plus links to even more virtual and online reading groups and book clubs!
And, as always, if you know of a club (or are part of one) we should know about, please do tell us about it HERE!
For those of you who haven’t yet joined us in the Winner Circle, we’re waiting to help you. You can CLICK HERE to join us today.
“I cannot remember how I stumbled upon WWW but with so many other sites vying for my attention I found myself spending increasingly more time here. Now I’ve joined Winners Circle and the depth of thoroughly researched information is like an Aladdin’s Cave. Yet the deeper I explore, the more I see the light.” –Beverley Eikli
“Tell all your writing friends. This is a fantastic site with something for everyone regardless of their genre, their skills or their interests.” – Patricia Eger
“What an incredible job you have done with the Winner Circle. I have been using the book reviewers directory today…Direct links to submission pages is an extra plus. I have been pondering all day the level of effort it took just to do the small part I have used, and extrapolating that to the whole Winner Circle, I am exponentially impressed. It’s probably the most comprehensive, practical writer service around. Certainly one of the best researched. You can quote me on that.” – Timothy Jay Smith
Using both Google Chrome and Firefox I am not able to use the interactive map of book clubs.

We use Google Chrome and Firefox as well. When you click on a “dot” on a state, look BELOW the map for the clubs in that state. Wait for it to fully load (there’s a lot of dots, lol), then give it another go… Shout if you still have issues and we’ll do a quick phone chat!
