As promised back on our May 1, 2013 launch of the Winner Circle, we’d be offering up quarterly updates to our online interactive Directory of Book Reviewers. Today’s the day!
Volume 2, Fall 2013 is now live and online, and you can view snapshots of the sample pages below.
The new directory edition boasts dozens of added review sites and updated rankings to give you the most comprehensive list of vetted book reviewers ever. The online, interactive publication has grown from 98 pages to 114, with added quality reviewers in each of 32 genres!
Special thanks to WWW team members Jacqueline Gum and Matthew Dix for their continued help and research vetting the best reviewers, as well as their Herculean efforts in our ever-growing lists of book clubs, conferences, festivals and competitions!
What does each listing include?
- The name and home page URL of the website.
- The URL for the site’s review and submission policy. (From here you’ll be able to decipher how to deliver your book to them.) You can click on any of the URLs to be taken directly to that page.

- Whether the reviewer accepts self-published work and/or post-publication submissions.
- Whether the reviewer also hosts/features author interviews on their website.
- Our own WWW rating of the site

How do I get in your directory?
I have about 300 regular readers of my reviews and have reviewed a large number of books. New authors seem to find me and I get referrals from TLC online book tours and editors I know.
Fabulous Patricia and we’ll get you added in the next round. Please also provide the link to your submission policy page, and tell us what genres ring your bells!
I find the book review directory too confusing and too small to use. Joan
Hi Joan, thanks for sharing and do you know you can click on any page to zoom in, or download for offline viewing and make as big as you like?
Love it! How can I get a copy? I truly love all the help you give your authors.
Thanks, Patricia! If you’re a member of the Winner Circle you can access it right from th online publication link there, and even download it for offline use. The link is at https://writerswin.com/1-best-book-review-sites/
Proud to a part of this effort. 🙂
And love the way you put it – to shrink the web for authors – distilling all the white noise down to the essence of what’s needed. Thanks always! 🙂
